TriviTurbo respects the privacy of everyone who visits the triviturbo.nl website or uses our services. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.

2. Which data do we process?

Depending on the moment of contact, we process the following data:

  • Name and company name
  • Email address and phone number
  • The content of messages and inquiries
  • Files you upload with a preview request (logo, references)
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and visited pages (anonymised via analytics only)

3. Why do we process this data?

We use your data for:

  • Answering questions and drafting quotes
  • Performing agreements (website builds, hosting, maintenance)
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Improving our website and services
  • Complying with legal obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

  • Consent: when you fill in a form or contact us.
  • Performance of a contract: for active engagements.
  • Legal obligation: such as retention requirements for the tax authority.
  • Legitimate interest: for improving the website.

5. How long do we keep data?

We do not keep personal data longer than strictly necessary. For administrative data we apply the statutory retention period of 7 years. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are removed after 12 months at most.

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with third parties when necessary to perform the agreement or due to a legal obligation. We use the following processors:

  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Web3Forms: contact form processing
  • Accounting software: for invoicing
  • Email provider: for email communication

With all these parties we have a data processing agreement or comparable arrangements in place.

7. Cookies

We only use functional and anonymised analytics cookies. We do not ask for consent for analytics cookies because they have no impact on your privacy. We do not place tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use. All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and stored on secure servers within the EU.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Have your data corrected or deleted
  • Restrict processing or object to it
  • Transfer your data to another party
  • Withdraw consent you have given

10. Filing a complaint

Do you have a complaint about how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We may update this privacy statement from time to time. The most current version is always on this page.
